In addition to Japanese Yen, we also accept payments in Euros, US Dollars, Chinese Yuan, and Hong Kong Dollars.
Rental vehicle insurance
All of the vehicles we provide are insured, so that in the unlikely event of an accident, we can minimize the burden on our customers.
However, since this is insurance for an expensive vehicle, the insurance coverage in the event of an accident is stricter than for ordinary vehicles.
Please be sure to check the following in advance.
1. Application
To apply for insurance when driving on a circuit, you will need to apply in advance. Due to the application process, we ask that those who wish to use insurance apply at least two weeks before the desired rental date.
2. Scope of application and deductible
The safety of both vehicles and circuits is improving year by year, and circuit driving is becoming a hobby that can be enjoyed safely. However, since circuits are still driven at speeds that are well over twice the maximum speed on regular expressways, a momentary error in judgment or operation can often cause serious accidents, including fatalities.
Accidents between vehicles on a circuit are generally handled under the rule of self-inflict damage (repair your own damage). Therefore, damages caused by crashes, etc. will mainly involve repairing your own vehicle and compensation for any damage caused to circuit facilities.
If you use our insurance, it will cover the cost of these claims.
Because the vehicles used are expensive, the insurance amounts are also high, so in the unlikely event of an accident, the deductible for using insurance will be set at 2 million yen per accident (separate charges will be applied in the event of a total vehicle loss or multiple accidents).
If the amount paid for vehicle or equipment repairs does not exceed 2 million yen, it will be more cost-effective to pay out of pocket without using insurance.
Even though you are insured, it is only a precaution in case of an emergency, so it is best to finish the ride safely, both yourself and your vehicle, without relying on insurance. Driving on a circuit is an experience you cannot have in your daily life, but it is not something you should risk your life for. Please stay calm and follow the rules of the circuit while enjoying a safe ride.
